Charles M. "Chuck" Lampley, age 51, of Jackson Center, Ohio, passed away from Huntington?s Chorea at 9:26 A.M. Friday, October 3, 2014 at Village Green Healthcare Center in Greenville, Ohio.
He was born in Fairfax, Virginia July 1, 1963, to the late Melvin and Sally (Schwab) Lampley.
Chuck had worked at Sam's Club, Sea Gate Centre and Norfolk Southern. He enjoyed watching court television shows, camping and fishing. Chuck especially took pride in caring for the lawn at the Grace Church in Toledo.
Pastor Doug Rumschlag will officiate a memorial service at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, October 9, 2014 at the Grace Church in Toledo, Ohio.
The funeral arrangements were in the care of the staff of the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home in Jackson Center. |
